My entire adult life has revolved around teaching and coaching people both in formal educational and elite sporting settings and also innately as part of my character in every relationship in my life. The goal is always to empower those I meet to work towards becoming the best version of themselves possible.

I believe that everybody deserves the opportunity to create the life they really want and in the power of physical activity for building strength and self worth. I understand that our best selves emerge when we commit to and move towards creating balance in our lives. I believe whole-heartedly in the importance of developing and nurturing relationships and in the role of effective communication in doing so. I believe that every individual is unique and that therefore, their path should be too! And I believe that in any moment an individual, a team or an organisation can make the decision to reimagine, reshape and redesign their reality!
